Stakeholder Importance

It all starts with a customer or stakeholder. A company’s or a Brand U’s primary goal is to identify, satisfy, and please customers. The customer may be internal or external to the organization. In today’s complex business environment, the final customer may be the most important constituency in a group of stakeholders. Who are an organization’s stakeholders?

A stakeholder may include shareholders, society, customers, suppliers, employees, union leadership, regulatory authorities, community groups, and possibly a host of other stakeholders.
