Guidelines for Brand U Project Success

  1. Reciprocal promises among project stakeholders are honored.
  2. People and resources assigned to a project are not arbitrarily moved.
  3. Left hand actively shares information with the right hand.
  4. Team members actively search for ways to work with each other amicably.
  5. Each team member’s deliverables are as important as another’s and each party works to ensure everyone’s deliverables are achieved.[i]
