  1. Are you finding yourself restless and seemingly unable to relax?
  2. Are you irritable and given to anger if things don’t go your way?
  3. Do you have periods of prolonged or excessive fatigue?
  4. Do you have difficulty concentrating?
  5. Have you lost interest in your usual recreational activities?
  6. Are you worried about things that worry can’t help?
  7. Are you working excessively, even if not entirely effectively?
  8. Are you taking more and more work home?
  9. Are you smoking more? Drinking more?
  10. Do you suspect now and again that you are losing or have lost perspective on what’s really important in your job and family areas, and maybe in life?[i]
