What Type of Worker Are You?

  1. Fulfillment seekers. These workers want to make the world a better place and look for work that allows them to do so.
  2. Risk takers. These workers are anxious to get rich quickly so they perpetually look for opportunities to make a financial killing.
  3. High achievers. These workers are leaders who take initiative and plan their upwardly mobile careers carefully.
  4. Clock punchers. The overwhelming majority of these people ended up in their jobs and careers by chance rather than by design.
  5. Ladder climbers. These workers are loyal company people who want to homestead one employer for a long time.
  6. Paycheck cashiers. These workers seek good incomes and benefits rather than the opportunity to stretch their capabilities.[i]
