Suppliers. Suppliers provide technically advanced, safe, aesthetically pleasing products and services that are delivered just in time to the right location. Suppliers expect invoices to be paid promptly and good work to be rewarded with future contracts.
Society/public. A socially responsible company demonstrates ethical behaviors, complies with regulations, and is an exemplar of good citizenship. Society and the public serve as the marketplace for companies. With no society or customers, there’s no business.
Wholesalers/distributors. Wholesalers provide access to customers and to markets. Distributors want fair treatment, maintain a mutually profitable relationship, and expect future growth.
Regulators. Regulators ensure that safety, health, and environmental laws are promulgated and consistently enforced. Companies want fair treatment and common sense laws.
